Quality Policy

AKADEMİ NDT has created the Quality Management System by fulfilling the requirements of the TS EN ISO/IEC 17024 standard and aims to maintain impartiality and independence with the system it has established accordingly.

As part of Quality Management System;

  • Creating an infrastructure in accordance with legal and procedural quality rules and to continuously improve this system,
  • Increasing the efficiency of our processes to a level that can compete at national and international levels by setting targets with a continuous improvement approach,
  • Creating a system that will meet customers' expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction,
  • Determining preventive approaches that will improve our performance by reviewing our processes with internal audit,
  • To establish a risk management methodology for our company, customers and suppliers, which includes identifying risks and taking control measures regarding risks.
  • Following technological developments and providing service to our customers with developing technology,
  • Keeping the awareness and knowledge of the staff at a high level through the continuous training system, increasing the motivation of the employees and thus providing the best service to our customers.
  • Supporting the participation of all employees in the quality management process and strengthening teamwork,
  • Protecting the confidentiality of our customers' information and ensuring compliance with standards and legal regulations,
  • Ensuring that all personnel adopt and support the quality management system,
